Tom Kulesa
FOUNDER
Tom is the Founder of Jadwin Capital and is focused on transaction underwriting, due diligence, and post-close strategic initiatives and value creation planning.
Tom has over a decade of experience in investment banking and private equity, working directly with family and founder-owned businesses. He began his career at Silverwood Partners, focused on capital raise transactions for food & beverage companies. Following this, Tom spent several years at Alantra, a multi-national investment bank advising companies on M&A transactions across the manufacturing, industrials, aerospace & defense, and food & beverage sectors.
Following his time in investment banking, Tom joined MPE Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm that invests in family and founder-owned businesses across the manufacturing and industrial services end markets. Most recently, Tom a member of the investment team at Red Arts Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm that partners with supply chain and logistics businesses.
Tom graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.B.A in Finance from Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business.
Tom currently resides in New York City. Outside of work he enjoys traveling, weightlifting, spending time at the beach and on the water, and rooting for the Yankees and Jets.
